
The question I get all the time is, how can I be ready for the summer? Well, I'm here to give you a few tips on how to make a big difference in your appearance by summertime. The most important thing to remember is it takes focus. With the right nutrition and a little exercise you can have that six pack by summertime.
Summer ready ab tips
1- Drink lots of water
2- Cut your soda and other soft drinks just for the summer, replace with seltzer water
3- Set days to eat high carb foods for example: Fridays eat pizza, cereals, rice etc.. other days eat more lean like vegetables and lean meats.
4- Try to get a cardio workout at least 4 times a week
5- Pick at least 5 great ab exercises and do them at least 4 times a week.
6- Train with weights at least 2 times a week.
If you follow these simple tips you should be ready for the summer.
